Project Manager (Public Sector/ UP 6k)

The Opportunity • Adecco is partnering with a public service agency to search for a project manager to manage and deliver estate projects, as well as to coordinate stakeholders and contractors. • Candidates who are able to start work within short notice will be preferred. The Talent • Min Diploma/Degree in Building, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related disciplines • Preferably 1 year of experience in project management of similar building or upgrading works • Background in quantity surveying, contract management, or mechanical & electrical engineering is advantageous but not mandatory • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple project priorities The Job Project Planning & Execution • Plan and establish timelines for projects • Conduct preliminary site surveys and assessments • Coordinate project resources, stakeholders, and contractors Stakeholder Engagement • Represent the agency in liaising with project stakeholders • Manage communication and engagement with end-users • Ensure smooth collaboration with consultants and contractors Project Administration & Compliance • Procure consultancy services and building/maintenance works • Oversee projects through planning, construction, and post-construction • Maintain proper project documentation and internal approvals • Process payments to consultants and contractors • Attend to audit queries and review internal work processes Next Step • To apply, please email your resume to [email protected], with the subject line: Apply: Project Executive. • Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
