QA Tester (Bank| Up to 5.5k)

- • Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for a Quality Assurance Analyst with functional testing experience in Temenos T24, preferably within a private banking environment. • Contract role Responsibilities: • Work with business users to understand user requirements of Temenos T24 as per assigned by Product Owner • Collaborate closely with our product, design, and tech teams to understand product requirements and new feature specifications to plan test scenarios, testing efforts & schedule • Ensure the timely delivery of each release cycle for assigned projects, from detailed test case creation to performing end to end testing during the UAT phase • Analyze test results,identify/log & prioritize defects to tech for issue resolution/defects • Perform regression testing to ensure that previously developed and tested application still performs as expected • Communicate to Product & UAT Team Lead on open issues and defects, run book execution progress, and risks • Participate in the improvement of testing processes, tools and methodologies. • Support test automation strategy for the product and cross platforms UAT as and when needed Requirements • At least 5 years of experience in a testing role, preferably in Temenos T24 • Experience in UAT on digital or client-facing platforms • Experience in test automation would be an advantage • Experience in writing user stories with acceptance criteria would be an advantage • Experience in banking and wealth management domains • Good working experience using JIRA • Good understanding of Agile principles and familiarity with different development & testing methodologies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate efficiently with stakeholders and bridge communication gaps • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously • Independent and self‑motivated • Experience with UiPath or other RPA tools is an advantage.
