Senior Systems Engineer – Windows & Linux

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced OS Subject Matter Expert (L3) to provide advanced support and expertise across Windows and RHEL environments. The role involves deep-level troubleshooting, clustering support, and scripting to ensure stability, performance, and availability of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for Windows and RHEL operating systems in production environments

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution

• Manage and support Windows and Linux clustering environments

• Develop and maintain scripts for automation and operational efficiency

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex OS-related issues

• Support system availability, performance tuning, and patching activities

Required Skills

Windows:

• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server

• PowerShell scripting

• WMI

• Windows Failover Clustering

RHEL:

• Strong experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux

• Shell scripting (Bash)

• Linux clustering experience

Nice to Have

• Exposure to enterprise infrastructure or platform environments

• Experience supporting large-scale or mission-critical systems

• Familiarity with automation and operational best practices

Profile

• Proven experience operating at L3 / SME level

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
