Responsibilities:

• Accomplish project objectives within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints
• Interpret mechanical technical designs and drawings for on-site construction
• Ensure mechanical installations comply with regulations and client specifications
• Coordinate mechanical services and prepare CSD/SEM drawings for submission
• Integrate Mechanical, Civil, and Architectural works with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on site
• Plan, develop, and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Prepare progress reports to clients and project managers, including updates on delays, defects, and rectification measures
• Provide technical advice and resolve mechanical technical issues on site
• Report progress of mechanical works and arrange site inspections with system-wide contractors, subcontractors, and clerk-of-works
• Adhere to workplace safety and health regulations, targeting zero accidents
• Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping on site

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical works for construction projects
