Job Description
• Managing workplace relations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Handle employee relations issues such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a timely and effective manner.
• Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on ER policies and procedures.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and take appropriate actions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Responsible for maintain and develop regional legal resources and government relationship.
• Fully support on establish and update company HR documentation including Employment Contract, HR policies.
• Support Daily HR Service Support during Ops absence.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
Job Summary
• The ER Specialist is key position of the HR Services team, to maintain positive and harmonious relationships between management and employees, and to promote a positive work environment and handle employee grievances.The Specialist will also focus on continuous improving service quality and customer experience by using NBS Next framework.

Education
Education and Experience Requirements
• A diploma or degree in any field, Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
Experience
• At least 3 years related experience in ER, has well understanding of full cycle of ER, experience in MNC is preferred.
• Own experience or HR knowledges in onboarding, offboarding ,leaves and time off etc.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Chinese, South Korea or Thai language is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
