DevOps and Automation Engineer (L2/L3)

About the Role

You will support and automate systems operations across hybrid environments. The role focuses heavily on CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, Kubernetes, scripting, monitoring, and reducing manual operational workload, while providing L2/L3 support.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins).

• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Ansible.

• Deploy, orchestrate and manage workloads using Docker & Kubernetes.

• Develop automation scripts (Python/Bash) to eliminate manual tasks.

• Maintain observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

• Provide L2/L3 operational support and assist in troubleshooting.

Technical Skills

• IaC: Terraform, Ansible

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Engineering or related field.

• Certifications preferred: Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD).

• 2–6 years hands-on experience in systems automation or DevOps-style operations.
