Senior IT Project Manager (IT Infrastructure & Civil Works)

A leading technology solutions provider is expanding its project delivery team to support large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure projects across public and enterprise sectors. This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in IT infrastructure projects involving civil works, construction, or site implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful delivery of large-scale IT infrastructure and integrated technology projects within timeline, budget, and quality expectations
• Manage end-to-end project execution involving systems deployment, site implementation, civil works coordination, equipment installation, and integration activities
• Develop project strategies with internal stakeholders, clients, consultants, contractors, and external partners to drive successful project outcomes
• Coach and lead project managers, engineers, and site teams to achieve common project objectives
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, procurement, and third-party vendor management
• Identify project risks, issues, scope changes, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project impact
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, and subcontractors throughout project lifecycle
• Prepare and present regular project progress reports, risk updates, and performance reviews to customers and senior management
• Monitor project performance, operational efficiency, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Ensure smooth coordination between technical implementation teams and on-site construction/civil works activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred
• Scrum Master certification or Agile project delivery experience is preferred
• Minimum 10 years of working experience, including at least 5 years managing large-scale turnkey projects
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Senior Project Manager or equivalent leadership role
• Strong experience managing IT infrastructure projects with civil works or construction elements
• Proven experience in site coordination, contractor management, and infrastructure deployment
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong experience in vendor, subcontractor, and partner management
