Business Analyst - 12 Months Contract - SGD4.8k

We’re hiring a Business Analyst on behalf of our client, a global leader in technology consulting. You’ll collaborate with senior consultants and cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions, design workflows and functional requirements, and deliver data‑driven insights that shape strategy. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside senior consultants to gather and evaluate client requirements, turning business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Contribute to the design and development of solutions by preparing technical specifications, workflows, and functional requirements.  
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate insights that guide strategic decisions.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and client communications.
• Assist in leading workshops and presentations, ensuring technical concepts are clearly conveyed to stakeholders.
• Take part in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to explore and refine solution ideas.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Strong understanding of technical requirements at code level, with basic debugging skills. Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, SQL, and AWS Cloud.
• Proficient in writing clear, concise technical and functional documentation.  
• Able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to identify solutions and piece together requirements into holistic outcomes.  
• Experienced in legacy system migration projects and served as the primary PIC for change requests (CRs). 
• Strong ability to break down complex problems, develop solutions and responses based on information gathered.  
• Ability to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.  
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
