We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with stablecoin experience to join a leading bank on a 1-year renewable contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong fintech background and proven expertise in stablecoin-related projects, bridging business needs with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for stablecoin integration and related digital asset initiatives.
  • Analyze business processes and propose improvements aligned with blockchain and stablecoin technologies.
  • Prepare functional specifications, workflows, and documentation for development teams.
  • Support regulatory and compliance assessments for stablecoin products.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Risk, Compliance) to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in business analysis or related roles.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with stablecoin projects (implementation, operations, or strategy).
  • Strong background in fintech and digital assets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with banking processes and regulatory frameworks for digital currencies.

  • Duration: 12 months (renewable based on performance and project needs)
