SENIOR SOFTWARE TEST ENGINEER

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for enterprise and mission-critical applications.
Perform functional, system integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams to identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Support CI/CD testing activities, defect tracking, test reporting, and release validation using industry-standard testing tools.
Participate in requirement reviews, risk assessments, and quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Maintain testing documentation, test evidence, and compliance with project quality and security standards.

Skills & Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in software testing, QA, or automation testing.
Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, Postman, LoadRunner, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of API testing, automation frameworks, SQL, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
