Sales Manager – IT & Security Services (Hunter Role)

We are seeking a driven Sales Manager (Hunter) to acquire new clients for our one of our SME clients who are into IT and Cyber Security Services business. The role focuses on end-to-end new business development and closing enterprise and mid-market deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new logo acquisition for IT & Security Services

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure

• Build pipeline through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking

• Engage CXOs, CISOs, and IT decision-makers

• Collaborate with pre-sales to deliver solution-based proposals

• Achieve quarterly and annual new business targets

Requirements

• Proven hunter sales experience in IT / Cyber Security services
• Strong prospecting and closing skills
• Experience selling B2B / Enterprise solutions
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
