IT Project Manager (Software)

Job Summary

You will lead digital IT projects end-to-end, collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget while driving team alignment and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT and digital project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, resources, and changes, providing transparent status updates to stakeholders
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather detailed requirements and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive team performance by facilitating planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and ongoing support to ensure quality outcomes
• Resolve project challenges independently to maintain progress and delivery standards
• Support testing phases, product rollout, user adoption, and address post-release issues to ensure successful implementation

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrated experience managing IT projects or Scrum roles with end-to-end delivery exposure (3–5 years)
• Strong knowledge of project management principles including planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to lead and influence cross-functional teams

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification
• Experience working on digital products in fast-paced environments
