IT Project Manager (Software)

We’re looking for a hands-on and driven IT Project Manager to lead digital projects end-to-end. You’ll work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Responsibilities

• Proactively take initiative to lead teams, drive timelines, and resolve project issues—moving beyond coordination to actively manage delivery with minimal supervision
• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements and keep everyone aligned
• Manage risks, issues, resources, and project changes while providing clear status updates
• Drive team performance through planning sessions, stand-ups, and ongoing support to ensure quality delivery
• Support testing, product rollout, user adoption, and post-release issue resolution

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience in IT project management or Scrum roles with end-to-end delivery exposure
• Strong understanding of project management principles (planning, risk, budgeting, stakeholder management)
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and influence teams
• Experience working on digital products in fast-paced environments; PMP/CSM certification is a plus
