Job Title: Business Analyst – Firco Message Filter (FMF) / Firco Continuity

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for Firco Message Filter initiatives and enhancements
• Work closely with Compliance, AML, Operations, Payments, and Technology teams to support sanctions screening and payment filtering processes
• Analyze SWIFT/payment message flows and screening requirements
• Support configuration changes, rule enhancements, and screening optimization within FMF
• Prepare BRD/FSD, process flows, gap analysis, and test cases
• Coordinate SIT/UAT testing, defect management, and production rollout activities
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth implementation and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal AML/sanctions requirements

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst within banking / financial services
• Strong knowledge of AML, sanctions screening, and payment filtering processes
• Hands-on experience with Firco Message Filter is highly preferred
• Familiarity with SWIFT messages and payment systems
• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and UAT coordination
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred

• Experience in transaction banking, payments, or compliance-related projects
• Exposure to Fircosoft ecosystem / AML screening tools
• Knowledge of regulatory and sanctions compliance frameworks
