Responsibilities:

• Provide product technical support to customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers, head office, and agents regarding product support.
• Support Ozonized Water Generator products and CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing) equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of semiconductor equipment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering, technical support, or field service roles within the semiconductor industry.
