Responsibilities:

• Conduct on‐site installation and commissioning of semiconductor equipment.
• Provide technical training on operation, set-up, and maintenance of equipment at customer sites.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues on semiconductor equipment.
• Deliver after-sales technical field service and support to customers.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate sales and service activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Identify and promote potential sales opportunities and assist in materials and service realization with the team.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience servicing semiconductor industry equipment used in pre-assembly processes.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
