Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers on-site or remotely.

• Perform repair works and troubleshoot machines at customer sites.

• Install new test machines and execute software upgrades.

• Develop manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for machines.

• Support continuous improvement of service processes and technical capabilities.

• Handle any other ad-hoc technical or service-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines.

• Basic knowledge of lasers, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, or similar instruments.

• Able to travel overseas on short notice.

• Willing to work in a cleanroom environment.

• Entry-level candidates are welcomed to apply.
