Junior Engineer [Mechanical Engineering | Technical Support | Project Coordination | After-Sales Support | ERP / CAD]

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Engineering team by applying strong product knowledge and engineering expertise to support company growth.

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including BOM creation in SAP B1, commissioning activities, and handling after-sales enquiries.

• Provide technical field assistance for maintenance, installation, operation, and start-up of equipment; prepare detailed customer field reports after each site visit.

• Support customer service and sales teams by providing technical and process information for after-market sales.

• Coordinate with customer service and purchasing departments to ensure timely delivery of after-market parts and services.

• Conduct regular visits to prospects, customers, and agents to offer technical advice and identify sales opportunities.

• Maintain and analyse records of opportunities, quotations, and customer interactions, and act on them appropriately.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING or equivalent

• 1–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering handling manufacturing equipment/machines, ideally within animal feed/pellet/food mills (semiconductor experience not relevant).

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred), Excel, and CAD software (AutoCAD & Inventor preferred).
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or project management is a plus.
