 Technical Support Engineer

• Provide pre-sales support / consultation, responding to customer support requests and queries in a timely and accurate manner
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and applying the best solutions to resolve technical issues
• Providing technical assistance for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
• Provide support on company’s Warranty Entitlement and Claim system

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Science, I.T., engineering or equivalent
• Min 3 years of related experience.
• Proficient in diagnosing hardware, software, and networking issues.
