Senior Service Engineer [Power Generation | Field Service | Technical Support | System Commissioning | Customer Training]

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Lead and attend commissioning of system projects at customer sites.

• Provide technical assistance on factory tests of special projects.

• Investigate root causes of engine failures and recommend solutions.

• Provide after-sales technical support and site service to distributors and dealers in a timely manner.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.

• Create and maintain detailed service reports, logs, and documentation related to field service activities.

• Maintain a deep understanding of Rehlko’s products, services, and related technologies.

• Provide guidance and training to junior field service engineers and other technical personnel.

• Provide specific training to distributors and dealers for service and troubleshooting skillsets, ensuring optimum service levels.

• Evaluate distributors’ and dealers’ technical capabilities.

• Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams (engineering, sales, customer support), and other stakeholders.

• Drive process improvement and contribute to the development of better service procedures.

• Perform any other service and training duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in power generation or related industries.

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
