Maintenance Engineer [Service Contracts | Preventive & Corrective Maintenance | Technical Support | Medical Equipment]

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Sales Coordinator (Admin 80% : Technical 20%).

• Generate sales for service contracts and spare parts.

• Execute preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and warranty servicing.

• Manage available service resources (e.g., distributor engineers) to maximize customer coverage.

• Perform equipment installations, including demo units, and collect demo units across Singapore.

• Provide technical support to users and technical personnel.

• Support sales of services and spare parts.

• Conduct surveys of installed equipment base.

• Provide technical information required for bidding processes or projects.

• Input part orders and warranty products into Kintone system.

• Identify obsolete inventory parts and report semi-annually to Senior Sales Manager.

• Create and update spare parts price lists.

• Prepare and submit quotations for parts and service packages.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital/facility maintenance teams.

• Act as the main point of contact for home-care customers.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance engineering experience in a relevant industry.

• Strong ability to drive continuous improvement across processes, work instructions, and quality procedures.

• Possess a valid Class 3A driving licence.
