Engineer (Technical Support)

Salary: $3000 - $5000
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Location: Kaki Bukit

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical proposals/tender submissions (compliance matrix, datasheets) and review specs/drawings for alignment.

• Support solution design: site surveys, technical evaluations, product selection, BOM preparation, and client presentations.

• Execute testing/commissioning and troubleshoot hardware/software issues; propose alternative solutions when needed.

• Maintain technical documentation (incident reports, equipment records, maintenance logs) and system databases/compliance trackers; conduct product training.

• Collaborate with Sales/Engineering/PMO, attend technical meetings, and support product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or related).

• Preferably 2+ years in HVAC/BMS/CRAC/building systems technical support.

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD/BIM for drawing review.

• Strong understanding of M&E systems and engineering fundamentals.
