Analyze sales and market data to identify trends, business opportunities, and areas for performance improvement
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and databases using Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SAP, and internal systems
Support sales planning and decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper maintenance of sales and customer data
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to support market development initiatives and strategic planning
Assist in lead generation activities, promotional campaigns, and other B2B marketing initiatives
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and provide actionable insights for improvement
Automate and streamline reporting processes where possible to improve operational efficiency
Conduct research and investigate business outcomes to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
Prepare presentations, reports, and analysis for management review and business planning

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI/Tableau and knowledge of Power Automate will be an added advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Highly meticulous, organized, and committed to maintaining data accuracy and quality
Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to propose ideas and initiatives to improve business performance
