Job Description

- Organize and manage the monthly financial reporting and analysis to provide timely and accurate information to

the Management and the Group

- Organize and manage the forecasting process (budget, year-end closing, rolling 3-month, …) as required in

relation with the various BU and Corporate stakeholders

- Support the Management to define, report and track meaningful KPIs; formalize and orchestrate the related

actions plans

- Identify and evaluate risk; provide quarterly reporting for Group reporting purposes

- Collect and report off-balance sheet commitments as needed

- Ensure proper tracking of investment projects, report on capex; help to ensure timely closing and capitalization of projects; organize asset inventories as needed

- Manage transfer pricing; prepare and update transfer pricing documentation

- Provide ad hoc performance and profitability analysis as needed by management

- Ensure the company is properly insured and notably provide appropriate insurance values; manage claims

- Organize, document and update the delegations of authority

- Support the organization to set up internal controls in view of minimizing risk and safeguarding the Group’s

assets

- Monitor the debtors’ aging status and customer credit issues; alert management of any pertinent issue

- Contact point for internal and external audit. Liaising with internal control department with regards to site internal control issues

- Ensure revaluation of stock is correct and rules are properly applied (quality, slow moving and net realisable value)

- Ensure sufficient provision coverage for any contingent bad debt that may occur

- Manage and monitor the rebate scheme in the system and its settlement rules

- Advise on and manage the financial part of contracts; track and ensure compliance with the terms

- Manage all corporate secretarial matters; prepare resolutions; handle necessary statutory declarations and filings

- Budget, forecast, consolidate and report on BU revenue, MVC, fixed cost, working capital, capex and headcount for one Business Unit

- Prepare regional flash reporting for global consolidated result

- Identify and evaluate risk; alert BU of potential risks that arise

- Support BU Management to define, report and track meaningful KPIs; formalize and orchestrate the related

actions plans

- Provide ad hoc performance and profitability analysis as needed by BU management

- Manage regional transfer pricing and maintain Interco sales price in the system and commission rate determination to comply with company rules

- Propose ideas for the continuous improvement of the BU’s performance

- Organize and manage the controlling staff; set and track targets for continuous improvement of the controlling team; anticipate changes; organize training; evaluate individual performance
