Assistant Finance Manager [up to $7,500 + AWS | Central]

Responsibilities :

• Prepare monthly journals and reconciliation schedules for standalone financial statements.
• Perform monthly end Account closing and prepare financial reports and analysis for standalone financial statements.
• Prepare quarterly consolidated financial statements.
• Prepare quarterly budgets (annual and mid-term plan) carefully and within stipulated deadlines.
• Prepare and submit GST and WHT reports.
• Liaison with tax consultant on corporate income tax and review their working.
• Handle other tax compliance and filling such as Pillar 2, transfer pricing documentation, and CFC tax regime compliance.
• Liaise with external and internal auditor for audit.
• Prepare Audited statutory financial statement.
• Handle operating system issues.
• Handle internal control, process improvement and user manual related tasks.
• Back-up for Accounts payables/Accounts receivable tasks.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties that may arise on an ad-hoc basis.
• Report to the FIN/ACC Supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant accounting experiences in financial accounting and reporting.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent would be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in month-end/year end close process able to meet tight deadline.
• Prior working experience dealing with Audit process is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Regional exposure will be advantageous
• Prior working experience with SAP B1 would be an added advantage.
