Enterprise DevSecOps Analyst (Contract)

Role:

• Support multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and product teams in onboarding to our internal DevOps platform and curated Azure services
• Drive the re-platforming/migration of applications to cloud infrastructure while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, compliance controls, and secure-by-design principles
• Drive the migration of CI/CD pipelines from Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab, ensuring alignment with platform standards and compliance requirements
• Collaborate closely with development teams, educating and enabling them on DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native development
• Contribute to improving the developer experience by creating templates, documentation, and training materials that simplify platform adoption
• Deep expertise in onboarding and enabling multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) onto enterprise-grade internal DevOps platforms within highly regulated environments
• Proven experience designing and governing standardized DevSecOps operating models across distributed product teams

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar relevant education background
• Software engineer with profound hands-on experience (5+ years) in application development (Java, .NET, Python, or similar)
• Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and migrating between toolchains (Bitbucket/Jenkins → GitLab)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and Infrastructure-as-Code
• Experience with deployment of containerized workloads and orchestration (Nexus, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes)• Experience working in air-gapped or restricted enterprise environments, where all external dependencies must be consumed from internal registries
• Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a strong advantag
• Strong understanding of secure-by-design architecture, enterprise compliance controls, and software supply chain governanc
• Hands-on expertise migrating enterprise CI/CD ecosystems from Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab at scale.
• Advanced knowledge of GitLab CI/CD, GitLab Runners, GitLab Registry, GitOps workflows, branch protection policies, and pipeline governance
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure enterprise services including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps, Azure Container Registry (ACR), Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, and Azure Policy.
• Experience driving enterprise-scale application re-platforming and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Practical expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or similar technologie.
• Advanced knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Nexus Repository Manage.
• Experience deploying and managing containerized enterprise workloads within restricted or air-gapped enterprise environments.
