Role:

Design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Manage and optimize Azure services including AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), Azure Web Apps, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, and other cloud-native services.
Lead cloud migration, platform modernization, and integration initiatives across enterprise environments.
Drive platform reliability, scalability, performance tuning, and cost optimization for large-scale production systems.
Administer and manage Kubernetes platforms including AKS and OpenShift in high-availability environments.
Handle deployment, scaling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support of containerized applications and microservices.
Build and enhance enterprise observability platforms using Grafana, GeneOS, InfluxDB, OpenTelemetry, Elasticsearch, and Control-M.
Act as Production Support SME providing L2/L3 support for critical enterprise applications and platforms.
Provide functional and technical support for Temenos Wealth Manager and related CRM/Portfolio Management platforms.
Develop automation solutions and intelligent tooling to improve operational efficiency and reliability.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud services.
Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes platforms including AKS and OpenShift.
Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and deployment automation frameworks.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep, or equivalent).
Expertise in monitoring and observability tools including Grafana, GeneOS, InfluxDB, OpenTelemetry, Elasticsearch, and Control-M.
Strong understanding of SRE principles, incident management, and production support processes.
Experience with distributed systems, containerized applications, and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of Linux systems administration and scripting.
Experience in release management and environment governance.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Wealth Management domain preferred.
Strong exposure to Temenos Wealth Manager, CRM platforms, and Portfolio Management systems is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Azure, Kubernetes, DevOps, or Cloud certifications preferred.
Experience working in Agile and DevOps delivery models.
Exposure to AI-assisted operational tooling or Reliability Engineering initiatives is an added advantage.
