Job Summary

You will lead the design and development of user-centered digital products by applying service design, design research, interaction design, and product strategy to deliver impactful user experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments to drive product vision through research, prototyping, and user testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive design research to inform product vision and strategy for digital solutions
• Create detailed sketches and interactive prototypes to visualize and validate design concepts
• Facilitate user-testing sessions to gather actionable feedback and iterate on product designs
• Apply service design principles to enhance user experience across digital platforms
• Develop interaction designs that improve usability and engagement for target users
• Collaborate effectively within agile and UX development teams to integrate design solutions into product development cycles
• Utilize design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality design assets

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in agile and UX development environments
• Proficiency with popular design tools and software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in service design, design research, interaction design, and product strategy
