Job Description

Serve as the project technical lead for ICT projects.
Support daily operations, including incident management, issue/problem remediation, and service restoration.
Fulfill network service requests (routing & switching, DNS, static IP, etc.) in accordance with Change Management procedures.
Create and maintain documentation, including:
Network configurations
Network diagrams and mappings
Processes and service records
1. Minimum 5 years of strong hands-on experience with network devices, including:
3. Cisco Nexus switches
4. Cisco Catalyst switches
5. Cisco ASR routers
6. Infoblox
7. Network monitoring tools
8. Cisco DNAC
CCNP certification(Routing & Switching) is required
