Senior Engineer / Engineer (Lab Chemistry / Physical Test | Semiconductor Plant)

Key Responsibilities

• Implement chemical/physical test methods and SOPs
• Install, qualify, and maintain lab instruments
• Develop and validate analytical methods
• Plan lab capacity based on business needs
• Investigate deviations and perform root cause analysis
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports
• Support production troubleshooting with lab analysis
• Coordinate cross-site correlation and round-robin tests
• Ensure compliance with lab standards and safety rules
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related
• 2-5 years of laboratory experience in semiconductor or manufacturing
• Possess experiences working with instrument such as CP-MS / ICP-OES, Ion Chromatography (IC), TOC Analyzer, Particle Counters, Ellipsometry, SEM
• Knowledge of analytical methods (trace metals will be advantageous)
• Familiar with GLP, ISO/IEC 17025, and MSA
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
