Key Responsibilities

Analyze maintenance data and alerts to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes for preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
Generate data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize maintenance performance and scheduling.
Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI, Tableau, and other visualization tools.
Integrate AI and digital solutions to support predictive maintenance and improve operational efficiency.
Monitor maintenance spare parts inventory, track stock movements, and forecast material requirements based on maintenance schedules.
Prepare inventory analysis reports and provide recommendations for strategic purchasing and stock optimization.
Utilize AI tools to correlate maintenance and inventory data for improved forecasting accuracy.
Support the development of AI-driven Maintenance Work Process (MWP), Maintenance Knowledge Management (MKM), and Maintenance Work Order (MWO) systems.
Utilize tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Ariba, Workday, and AI platforms to support reporting, automation, and maintenance operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in data analysis and AI-driven solutions, preferably within manufacturing or facilities maintenance environments.
Strong analytical,problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
