QA/QC Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA/QC documentation (ITPs, checklists, NCRs, registers)
• Manage document control (versioning, traceability, distribution)
• Conduct internal audits, track NCRs, and ensure closure of corrective actions
• Perform root cause analysis for non-conformance issues
• Monitor project quality performance (ITP compliance, testing results, dashboards)
• Prepare reports for monthly quality review meetings
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and auditors on quality matters
• Support training and competency development for project teams
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons-learned initiatives
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with standards

Requirements

• Degree in Civil / Geotechnical / related Engineering
• 1–5 years of experience in QA/QC (construction / geotechnical / oil & gas)
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Plaxis (2D/3D)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfortable working on-site and outdoors
• WSH certification preferred
• VBA / Python knowledge is an advantage

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm
Working Location: Jurong
