IT Manager (Digital Transformation & Applications)

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and drive the organisation’s technology function. This role will be responsible for shaping digital strategy, delivering impactful technology initiatives, and ensuring systems and applications effectively support business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the IT function, ensuring strong team performance, clear priorities, and successful delivery of initiatives
• Define and execute the organisation’s technology roadmap, with emphasis on business applications, process automation, and emerging technologies
• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT and digital projects, including planning, prioritisation, implementation, and post-deployment support
• Oversee the performance, reliability, and continuous enhancement of enterprise applications
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, data, and AI to improve operational efficiency and decision-making
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable and sustainable technology solutions
• Drive ongoing improvements in systems, workflows, and user experience
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, standards, and best practices across IT operations and project delivery
• Track performance metrics, risks, and outcomes of IT initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership
• Develop and mentor the IT team, fostering accountability, capability building, and a results-driven culture

Requirements:

• Min. 5-6  years of experience in IT, digital, or related technology managerial roles
• Demonstrated track record in delivering technology or digital initiatives from concept to completion
• Strong ability to align technology solutions with business objectives
• Effective stakeholder management skills with sound commercial awareness
• Exposure to, or strong interest in, areas such as automation, data analytics, or AI
