Senior Hardware Engineer (Test Systems)

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer to design, develop, and support high-performance test systems. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver reliable hardware solutions and ensure successful system integration.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop hardware systems for advanced test equipment
• Define hardware specifications and schematics based on system requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on hardware development and integration
• Lead prototype bring-up and support hardware debugging activities (noise, accuracy, bandwidth, jitter)
• Support hardware characterization and validation activities
• Work closely with FPGA and software engineers for system integration
• Contribute to calibration and timing-related system features where required
• Participate in cross-functional engineering discussions in an agile environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in hardware design and development
• Strong experience in hardware debugging and system validation
• Good understanding of system-level hardware design and integration
• Exposure to FPGA or software collaboration is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and adaptability
