Scrum Master

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple modernization workstreams and enable high-performing Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Maintain and govern Jira boards across multiple modernization initiatives.
• Remove impediments, manage cross-team dependencies (onshore/offshore), and escalate risks and blockers.
• Track and report sprint metrics such as velocity and burndown to drive predictable delivery.
• Partner with the Product Owner on backlog refinement, prioritization, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and cutover readiness, including communications and knowledge transfer (KT).
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and Agile best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile metrics
• Proven ability to manage dependencies across distributed teams
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
