Paralegal

A leading international law and professional services firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Singapore office, supporting a high-performing Banking & Finance practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers on cross-border finance, corporate and capital markets matters in a sophisticated international platform. Key Responsibilities • Support lawyers on a broad range of banking, finance, corporate and transactional matters • Assist with drafting and preparing transaction-related documentation, corporate approvals and ancillary documents • Coordinate company, court and due diligence searches, and summarize findings for deal teams • Support entity incorporations, corporate maintenance and related filings • Assist with security registrations and post-closing documentation processes • Prepare signing packs, manage execution documents and coordinate closings • Liaise with clients, counterparties, regulators and external service providers • Support compliance and onboarding processes, including conflict checks and engagement documentation • Contribute to legal and administrative support across active transactions and ongoing client matters Requirements • Diploma or relevant qualification in Paralegal Studies, Law or related discipline • At least 3+ years’ experience gained as a paralegal, legal assistant or corporate secretarial professional, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment • Exposure to banking & finance, corporate or capital markets work would be advantageous • Strong drafting, organisational and document management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with stakeholders at all levels • Proficiency with legal databases and standard office systems • Mandarin language capabilities are advantageous but not essential
