Legal Counsel, Funds (5 to 10 PQE) - Global Investment Platform

We are working with a global investment platform undergoing strong growth across APAC, looking to hire a mid to senior-level Legal Counsel to join its regional legal team based in Singapore as part of a well-established APAC legal team. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of fund structuring, product development and cross-border distribution, working closely with internal stakeholders across investments, product and compliance functions. Key Responsibilities • Support the structuring and launch of investment products across multiple jurisdictions • Draft and negotiate a range of fund-related and commercial documentation • Advise on legal and regulatory considerations relating to investment offerings and distribution • Work closely with internal teams to support new initiatives, platforms and business lines • Coordinate with external counsel on transactional, regulatory and corporate matters • Contribute to ongoing legal and strategic projects across the APAC business Requirements • Qualified lawyer with circa 5–10 PQE (flexible) from a leading law firm (BVI/Cayman Offshore firm) or relevant in-house environment (asset management) • Prior experience in funds, asset management or financial services • Exposure to cross-border work and multi-jurisdictional structures • Strong commercial mindset and ability to work closely with business stakeholders • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
