Job Description
Job Scope / Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Control
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within approved scope and cost
2. Project Execution & Coordination
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors
Assign tasks and manage resources effectively
Ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards
3. Stakeholder & Communication Management
Act as the main liaison between management, clients, and stakeholders
Prepare and present project status reports and documentation
Facilitate meetings, reviews, and project updates
4. Risk, Issue & Change Management
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
Manage project changes using formal change-control procedures
Resolve conflicts and escalate issues where necessary
5. Budget & Cost Management
Track project expenditures and control costs
Manage procurement and vendor payments where applicable
Ensure efficient use of project resources
6. Documentation & Governance
Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and regulatory requirements
Conduct post-project reviews and implement improvements
7. Leadership & Continuous Improvement
Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to project team members
Mentor junior staff when required
Recommend improvements to project management processes
Job Requirements / Qualifications
Education & Certification
Diploma / Degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is an advantage
Experience
Proven track record of managing multiple projects successfully
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
