Business Analyst (Temenos TAP / Triple A Plus)

We are hiring a Business Analyst with strong experience in Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP) to support private banking system implementation and enhancement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements for TAP systems
• Conduct workshops (PLW) and perform gap analysis
• Prepare functional specifications (FSD), high-level designs (HLSD), and user stories
• Work closely with business users, product owners, and development teams
• Support end-to-end implementation and system integration (TAP, T24, TDS, TDH)
• Assist in testing, issue analysis, and solution delivery
• Facilitate meetings and communicate with stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Temenos TAP (Triple A Plus)
• Experience in private banking / wealth management systems
• Hands-on experience in at least 2 end-to-end implementations
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-trade lifecycle, Portfolio and reporting functions and Banking products (securities, derivatives, FX, loans, deposits)
• Experience in Agile projects
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• CBAP or relevant certification
• Exposure to Cloud, API, or AI/ML technologies
