Product Manager - Game Products

• Location: Paya Lebar (Require international travel)
• Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00am – 7:00pm (Lunch: 12:00pm – 1:30pm)
• WFH and Onsite options

A technology startup delivering scalable software solutions, specializing in system integration, performance optimization, and quality-driven digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product research, planning, and design for the company’s products.

• Conduct market, user, and competitor analysis to define product strategy and develop clear product roadmaps.

• Work closely with the R&D team to translate product concepts into executable solutions and drive successful product delivery.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and user requirements.

• Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and develop product prototypes and user flows.

• Identify and consolidate user needs through industry research, user insights, and data analysis to continuously improve and iterate product features.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, delivery, and ongoing optimisation of product workflows and processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management or product design.

• Hands-on experience with product and design tools such as Figma, Axure, Photoshop, and XMind, including designing product workflows and functional modules.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Ability to quickly understand business requirements with strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong learning mindset.

• Experience with game-related products is an added advantage.
