Facilities engineer

Responsible for the operation, maintenance, modification and replacement works of the building's mechanical and electrical systems and also for the improvement of various systems in the factory. • Support the Facility Manager in all facility management activities carried out in accordance with site processes and requirements • Coordinate maintenance activities for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control • Ensure that safety regulations within the premises, including security, fire safety and parking facilities for vehicles are complied within standards • Support Facilities Manager on annual budget for repairs or improvement work • Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager • Support and participate in company continuous improvement program Requirements • Diploma in Building Services Engineering or Facility Management • Certified Work at Height/Confirned Space for Safe Entry and Work • Communicate clearly with contractors and vendors • Proficient in Microsoft Office
