About the Opportunity

A well-established group is seeking an experienced and driven Financial Controller to join its senior finance leadership team.

What You Will Do

Partner the Group Senior Financial Controller in the formulation and execution of the Group's financial strategy and key decision-making processes
Oversee and lead day-to-day finance operations, driving continuous improvements in processes, systems and internal controls
Lead the preparation and review of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and Board and management papers, delivering timely analysis and actionable insights
Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax obligations and SGX Mainboard reporting requirements
Manage relationships with auditors, bankers, tax consultants and other external advisers
Drive and contribute to ad hoc projects and corporate initiatives as required

What We Are Looking For

Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, including team leadership responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax compliance, and governance.
Familiarity with SGX Mainboard reporting requirements will be advantageous.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Able to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
