Responsibilities:

• Exhibit strong site problem-solving skills and coordinate effectively with customers.
• Apply engineering expertise in design and ensure adherence to building services codes of practice.
• Ensure quality of materials and installation by suppliers and subcontractors in line with ISO quality standards.
• Coordinate, monitor, and control supplier materials/equipment and subcontractor installation quality.
• Produce and review shop drawings and coordination drawings.
• Prepare work schedules and attend client and internal meetings.
• Assist management with day-to-day operations under the master planning schedule, including quality, safety, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with main contractors to prevent rework and manage site materials/equipment to minimize wastage.
• Communicate closely with suppliers and subcontractors to reduce delivery delays affecting progress.
• Identify and address non-conformance products or installation issues to avoid defects.
• Explore new technology and installation methods to improve productivity levels.
• Monitor site progress and maintain clear communication with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in an M&E contracting environment.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000, 14001, and 45001 standards.
• Certified ISO Internal Quality Auditor.
• Certified Building Construction Safety Supervisor.
