Job Description

Executive, People & Culture We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive, People & Culture to support full-spectrum HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes, strong regulatory compliance, and a consistent employee experience. This role reports to the Manager, People & Culture and works closely with local stakeholders and the broader People & Culture team, contributing to day-to-day operations while supporting ongoing initiatives to strengthen and standardise HR processes across the organisation. Key Responsibilities People Operations • Manage day-to-day People & Culture operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes • Maintain accurate employee data and records in compliance with local employment regulations • Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws and internal policies • Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, and employee correspondence • Manage statutory filings, including CPF, IR21, IR8A, and related submissions • Support HR and payroll-related audits • Ensure timely updates and reporting within the HRIS • Support timesheet and attendance tracking in collaboration with relevant teams • Maintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data within the HRIS through timely updates and regular data checks • Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries on HR matters (e.g. policies, processes, and benefits), providing timely and professional support Payroll Administration • Support monthly payroll processing, including verification of attendance, allowances, and deductions • Manage payroll matters for new hires and leavers, including final salary computation • Perform payroll reconciliation and coordinate closely with Finance and payroll vendors • Ensure accurate and timely statutory submissions (e.g. CPF, tax filings) • Act as a point of contact for payroll-related queries Talent Acquisition • Support recruitment efforts for Singapore, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. • Assist in maintaining candidate records and recruitment documentation. • Support employer branding initiatives such as career fairs and recruitment drives where required. Culture & Engagement • Support administration of employee benefits (e.g., insurance, incentives, and perks). • Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and employee experience. • Assist in coordinating employee feedback cycles and follow-up activities. Ad Hoc / Projects • Support HR projects, including process improvements and system initiatives (e.g. HRIS implementation) • Contribute to the standardisation and continuous improvement of HR processes • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, People & Culture Requirements • Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience preferred; fresh graduates with a strong interest in HR operations are welcome • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field • Basic understanding of Singapore payroll practices, CPF, and IRAS requirements • Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office
