Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:
• Align departmental goals with senior management and track KPIs and performance trends.
• Lead and develop technical teams while ensuring ISO compliance and documentation standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, manage ERP/MRP systems and oversee engineering changes (ECO & EOL).
• Ensure the creation, control and maintenance of all technical documentation (NPI).
• Coordinate projects, RFQs, costing, pricing, and timelines with internal teams and customers.
• Improve supplier sourcing and pricing to maintain competitiveness.
• Conduct performance reviews and support team development.

Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel reporting
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong customer and technical understanding
