Engineering Manager (OEE)

Responsibilities:
• Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and productivity through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead engineering teams to deliver cost, efficiency and operational targets.
• Oversee equipment, facilities and process reliability to support uninterrupted operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and quality standards.
• Own automation and in-house equipment projects from concept through implementation and optimization.
• Identify and implement operational and cost-efficiency improvements.
• Provide technical leadership across engineering, process and workplace safety functions.

Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• At least 10 years’ experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
• Strong hands-on exposure to automation, machine design and industrial control systems
• Sound knowledge of safety, risk assessment and FDA regulations
• Effective leader with strong collaboration and communication skills
• Proficiency in mechanical design tools; PLC/HMI exposure is an advantage
