Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient candidate to join our Advanced Material Solutions Division. The candidate will play a key role in the design, development and deployment of electronic and electrical systems, software and embedded firmware in energy storage and power management systems.

Job Description:

- Define technical requirements for electronic and electrical systems, software and embedded firmware based on project technical goals.

- Lead in the design, development and prototyping of such systems and software to meet project requirements, security requirements, and industry standards.

- Engage external collaborators and subcontractors to meet project requirements and goals.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, design specifications, test reports, and process guidelines, to translate designs to production.

- Provide engineering support for production and quality assurance to resolve technical challenges.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing system performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, operations and execution teams to drive project success.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in electronic/ electrical engineering and/or a related field of study.

- 3 years’ experience in a technical role related to electronic/electrical engineering and/ or software/ embedded firmware preferred.

- Experience in an energy or power-related field is considered an advantage.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Effective communication and coordination skills for cross-team collaboration.

- Hands-on experience with prototype development and fabrication processes.

- Willing to travel for field testing and supplier engagement.
