Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Engineer to join our Advanced Material Solutions Division. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting critical projects related to protection systems, ensuring reliability and performance across all stages of development.

Job Description:

·       Assist in the design, optimization, and development of protection systems to meet project requirements, security requirements, and industry standards.

·       Support the fabrication of prototypes and fixtures, ensuring precision and functionality for protection system applications.

·       Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, design specifications, test reports, and process guidelines.

·       Provide engineering support for production and quality assurance to resolve technical challenges.

·       Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing system performance.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, operations and execution teams to drive project success.

·       Engage customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into innovative solutions.

Job Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering/ Materials. Engineering/ Engineering Product Development/ Engineering Systems and Design and/ or a related field of study.

·       Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. Solidworks) is considered an added advantage.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

·       Effective communication and coordination skills for cross-team collaboration.

·       Hands-on experience with prototype development and fabrication processes.

·       Willing to travel for field testing and supplier engagement.
