Business Analyst cum UX Designer (User Experience & Digital Solutions)

Role Overview

We are partnering with our client to hire a versatile Business Analyst cum UX Designer to drive both business analysis and user experience design across digital initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who can bridge business needs and user-centric design, translating insights into intuitive, impactful solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to shape requirements, conduct UX research, and deliver meaningful user experiences that support business objectives.

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and user requirements
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to define problem statements
• Translate insights into clear functional requirements and solution recommendations
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and design sessions
• Support delivery teams with well-structured requirements and documentation
• Drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights and user feedback
• Apply design thinking principles to develop user-centric solutions
• Create customer journey maps, user flows, and interaction models
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and UX artefacts
• Prepare UX research reports and present insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with business users, designers, developers, and project teams
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with UX standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for requirements and design deliverables

Technology & Tools

• Figma (wireframing, prototyping, design systems)
• Miro / FigJam (workshops, journey mapping, collaboration)
• Jira / Confluence (Agile delivery and documentation)

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis and/or UX design roles
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• Proven ability in UX research, user interviews, and usability testing
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma)
• Solid understanding of design thinking methodologies
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
