What You Will Do

Your work will shape how users work, collaborate, and automate their processes. You’ll focus on building secure, scalable, and intelligent low‑code solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Here are your key responsibilities:

1) Build and Deliver Modern Business Applications

You’ll design, develop, and deploy Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, and Power Pages tailored to real business needs.
You’ll build intuitive forms, data‑driven interfaces, and smooth workflows while integrating apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, APIs, and Microsoft 365 services.
Your apps will simplify work, reduce manual effort, and empower users across the organization.

2) Automate and Optimize Business Processes

You’ll create smart automations using Power Automate — from cloud flows to desktop flows.
You’ll eliminate repetitive tasks, streamline operations, and ensure each automation includes proper error handling, monitoring, and logging so it runs reliably at scale.

3) Design Scalable Data Models and Integrations

You’ll design secure, well‑structured data models using Dataverse or external sources.
You’ll integrate your apps with enterprise systems through standard connectors, APIs, and custom connectors, while ensuring proper governance, roles, and data security protocols are always in place.

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience building solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, or other low‑code platforms
• Strong experience developing solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven)
• Hands‑on experience with Power Automate for building and maintaining workflows
• Solid understanding of Dataverse or other enterprise data sources and data modeling concepts
• Ability to integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL, APIs, and connectors
• Strong foundation in application security, governance, roles/permissions, and data access management
• Experience supporting full SDLC processes including testing, deployment, and performance optimization
• Ability to work directly with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience with Power Pages and building external‑facing low‑code applications
• Familiarity with custom connectors, API integrations, or complex enterprise integration scenarios
• Understanding of Power Platform environment governance, licensing, and monitoring
• Experience working with Azure services or cloud‑based application deployments
• Knowledge of best practices for low‑code architecture, performance tuning, and scalable solution design
• Professional certifications in Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or related low‑code technologies
